Shipping Policy – Jeju Glow Collective All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and location. Jeju Glow Collective is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to additional shipping fees. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at JEJUGLOWCOLLECTIVE@GMAIL.COM with photos of the packaging and product.
